Terry, Was this a "thin" or "thick" consistency soup? The recipe, which I found on-line, looks really good but I'm wondering if it's a little thin--I like your idea of adding carrots and was thinking I might puree them to add a little thickness to the broth...
ReplyDeleteThe consistency is smooth but not heavy. Adding a little less broth will change the consistency.
